- List your home on our website using the Deluxe MLS Plan. An agent will schedule an appointment with you to visit the property and list it in the MLS. Talk with the agent about the Buy and Sell Plan, and let them know what sort of home you are looking for.
- While your house is on the market, the Agent will work with you to help find your new home.
- When you close on the new home, you will receive your $495 listing fee back as a rebate!
