- Digital photos and an optional virtual tour that we will post on the website.
- A high quality yard sign.
- An optional lockbox so that real estate agents can show your home when you aren't home.
- A high quality custom brochure that you can print and give to buyers (click here for a sample).
- A brochure holder that attaches to the sign.
- Unlimited free open house listings on our website.
If you sell your home yourself, you pay no additional fee! If a real estate agent finds a buyer for your home, you pay only a 2.4%
commission – far less than you would with a full service broker.
How it Works
Start by
listing your home on our website. This is a simple, step-by-step process where you provide detailed information about your property that buyers will be able to view on our website. Before you get started, we recommend that you have the following information on hand:
- Your most recent property tax statement.
- Decide what items (such as appliances or window treatments) you plan on including with the sale.
- The dimensions of the major rooms in your house.
A
yard sign will be delivered within a few business days of placing your listing. When you place your order, please indicate any special instructions in the space provided. The sign will have a rider with your phone number, so that buyers who drive by can contact you directly.
One of our representatives will schedule an appointment to come to your home to sign the MLS listing contract and take pictures. To maximize the effectiveness of the photos, you will want to make sure the home is neat, clean and presentable.
Once your home is listed, buyers will be able to find your listing on our
interactive search, from the
sign on your property, through a real estate agent, or on dozens of local and
national real estate websites. Interested buyers and real estate agents will call or email you directly based on the contact information you provide.
When you receive an offer, you can sign up for our
closing services or use a real estate attorney. Either way, you'll want to have a professional review it and assist you in negotiating the terms of the sale. Once you have a signed contract with a buyer, your professional will prepare all the paperwork and order title insurance in preparation for closing.
