We provide you with the tools and the marketing exposure you need to sell your home By Owner, while you perform some of the tasks such as taking phone calls and showing your property to prospective buyers.
We offer several plans designed to save you thousands when you sell your home:
- Our Standard Plan provides you with a powerful and effective marketing package to attract buyers and make it easier to sell your home by owner.
- Our Deluxe MLS Plan includes everything in our Standard Plan, plus it unleashes the power of the Multiple Listing Service. Your home will be made available to thousands of local real estate agents who are working with buyers to find a home like yours.
- Our Web Only Listing is for customers who are simply looking to have their home listed on our website or are outside of our normal service area.

If you are selling one home and buying another, our
Buy and Sell Plan is for you. With this plan, you can sell your property using the Deluxe MLS Plan. At the time time, you can work with one of our partner real estate agents to find your new home. When you complete the purchase of your new home, your listing fee will be rebated back to you at closing!
Closing Services are available for sellers who aren't comfortable with all the paperwork and negotiations involved in closing a real estate transaction.
